I’m a symbolic-experiential family therapist grounded in systems theory and cybernetics, with a clinical focus on adult sibling relationships and the evolving dynamics between grown children and their parents—especially as roles shift with marriage, parenting, and grandparenting.
My work supports couples and families in navigating conflict, strengthening communication, and redefining boundaries across generations. I specialize in high-conflict sibling systems, in-law tensions, and the emotional complexity of families in transition.
Before transitioning to private practice, I spent over a decade in academia as a clinical researcher and professor, and later served as a healthcare executive and consultant. I bring a blend of clinical depth, systems thinking, and strategic clarity to every session.
