Meet Our Therapists

Brad Crnobrna, MSW, LADC, LICSW
As a licensed social worker and mental health professional who identifies as part of the LGBTQ+ community, I bring extensive experience in substance use treatment, community mental health, and outpatient therapy services. My clinical expertise spans multiple treatment settings, where I’ve helped adults navigate challenges including substance use disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and various life stressors. Drawing from my background as a university instructor in addiction studies and my work as a drug and alcohol counselor, I bring a comprehensive understanding to helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
I believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that mental health is interconnected with all aspects of a person’s life. My style combines deep empathy with thoughtful directness – while creating a supportive environment, I’m also willing to provide candid feedback when it serves my clients’ growth and goals.
In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as a professional supervisor for Social Workers, supporting the next generation of mental health practitioners. My integrated approach combines academic knowledge with practical experience, allowing me to provide effective, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Faye Foote, LPCC
Faye is passionate about helping people better themselves with the basic understanding that “We are experts on ourselves.”
Faye offers person-centered therapy for adolescents, and adults. Her belief is that a strong therapeutic relationship develops within a warm, empathetic, and accepting environment. This environment allows clients to experience meaningful personal growth and change.
Outside of work, Faye enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and binging Netflix. Oh, and naps!

Matt Johnson, MA LPCC
My work as a therapist centers on my core values of humor and authenticity. In my therapy work, my mission is to join with you to understand your story and join on your journey toward self-improvement. I infuse humor and down to earth perspectives that allow people to feel most connected to therapy and their authentic selves. I have provided therapy services for over 19 years to adolescents, couples, and adults from diverse cultures and backgrounds with a wide array of mental health concerns. I have a newfound focus and clinical passion for working with men of all ages to create a safe, welcoming, and pragmatic approach to addressing the myriad of issues that we often don’t feel safe or comfortable talking to others about.
I can often be found telling a story or joke that brings out my genuine desire to connect with others and foster lasting and supportive relationships. I’ve been told my meme game is on point, and I love learning about new areas of music and movies as there’s so much to explore! When I’m not working, I enjoy fishing, golfing, spending time with my three boys, and family time at the cabin and outdoors.

Louisa Lienke, MA, LMFT
I am passionate about empowering clients to find their strengths that they may simply have forgotten they have. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Minnesota Board Approved Supervisor , I have been fortunate to work with many different adults and couples over the last 12 years. I pride myself on showing up in session the same as I would if you ran into me in the community-authentic and true to who I am!
I understand that although the challenges we face in our everyday lives may be similar to one another, our uniqueness is what makes us exciting and sometimes we need a little help in understanding ourselves and each other. I provide a nonjudgemental atmosphere for all to experience and feel secure in. I believe that my clients have the most valuable insight into their own lives and with my help they may be able to effectively navigate the struggles they are facing.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, empathetic, attentive, and understanding. And of course we need humor too! I am eclectic in the modalities I utilize and am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I work with those experiencing many different things including but not limited to life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, career transitions, divorce, work stress just to name a few.
When I am not seeing clients you can find me talking hockey, relaxing on a patio, foraging for mushrooms-just taking photos of them, and taking my 3.9 pound Yorkie, Winston, on as many hikes as possible-just because he is extra tiny doesn’t mean he can’t hike with the big guys!!

Jessica Thurmer, MSW, LICSW, LADC
Hello, I am Jessica I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). I use the pronouns she/her/hers. I’m passionate about supporting individuals on their path to healing, growth, and personal empowerment.
With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Augsburg University and extensive experience in both outpatient and residential treatment settings, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate complex challenges related to mental health, trauma, substance use, and family dynamics. My professional journey has included work with women in recovery, individuals experiencing homelessness, and families managing complex care needs. This has given me a deep appreciation for each person’s unique story.
In my practice, I utilize a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, tailoring therapy to meet your individual needs and goals. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including:
- Narrative Therapy — to help you explore and re-author the stories you tell about yourself and your life.
- Family Systems Therapy — to understand how family roles and patterns may influence your experiences today.
- Attachment-Based Therapy — to explore how early relationships shape emotional patterns, offering pathways for healing and connection.
- Motivational Interviewing (MI) — to help strengthen your own motivation for positive change, especially around recovery, relationships, or life transitions.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — to work on identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns that might be contributing to anxiety, depression, or self-esteem challenges.
- Trauma-Specific Modalities — including trauma-informed care practices that foster a safe therapeutic environment for working through past difficult experiences.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and strength-based. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and I am here to provide support, tools, resources and guidance as you work toward your goals. Whether you’re navigating recovery, healing from trauma, or simply seeking more balance in your life, I am honored to walk alongside you during this time.
Outside of my work, I’m passionate about animals and the joy they bring into our lives, often drawing inspiration from the unconditional love and comfort they provide.
