With over a decade of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of therapeutic settings—including outpatient therapy, day treatment programs for children and adolescents, and residential treatment for teens. My work has included supporting children (5+), adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their own capacity for healing.
I have extensive experience working with survivors of childhood abuse, domestic violence, and sexual violence, as well as individuals who have used abusive behaviors in relationships and are seeking meaningful change. Much of my work centers on trauma, and I approach each person’s story with deep respect, compassion, and a belief in their inherent resilience.
My therapeutic style is person‑centered at its core. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you—offering guidance, tools, and support while honoring your pace and your voice. Healing is not a linear process; it’s a lifelong journey of growth, discovery, and evolution. Being invited into someone’s healing journey is an honor I never take lightly.
I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and grief‑focused approaches. As an eclectic therapist, I draw from multiple modalities to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. I believe strongly in the power of relationships—both the therapeutic relationship and the relationships that shape our lives.
Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in humor, spending time with my pets, traveling, and learning about new cultures. These experiences continually remind me of the beauty, complexity, and diversity of the world—and they enrich the work I do every day.
